Anton C. Bizzell, MD is a physician entrepreneur and President and Chief Executive Officer of The Bizzell Group, LLC, a strategy, consulting, and technology firm. Dr. Bizzell is an engaging and sought-after speaker on a broad range of current issues facing the American public such as health care disparities, access, quality, behavioral health and substance use disorders prevention, treatment, and recovery.

Dr. Bizzell has more than 25 years of combined clinical, research, health services, policy and management experiences with private and public organizations and agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), including the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  Previously, Dr. Bizzell served as a Medical Officer for the SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) Division of Pharmacologic Therapies as well as the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

02. Applying Online

Current staff may apply online through the Transition Website.  Apply Online

Applications need to be submitted on or before August 8, 2024. We anticipate starting interviews on a rolling basis and encourage applicant to apply early.

Employees are encouraged to apply for their current positions. However, we will accept applications for other positions that you may qualify.

All applicants must apply using your own personal emails.

04. Offer Letters

Offer letter will be emailed to applicants on a rolling basis. Bizzell uses Paylocity as our Human Resources Information System, and all offers of employment will be generated and sent to your personal email account, via Paylocity.

We ask for acceptance/signature within 24 hours. Doing this allows us to report the position filled or to continue the interview process.

No. Each newly hired staff will enter the information into our secured HR system.

07. Insurance and Enrollment

Insurance varies by health plan level and is dependent on the employee’s choice of plans.

Employees may sign up for benefits immediately upon acceptance of the offer letters and during the onboarding process.

08. Background Checks

Upon receipt of the signed offer letter, the People Operations (Human Resources) team will provide the background check instructions via email, to all applicants.

Within 72 hours of receiving the background screening instructions by email, the applicants must provide and submit the requested information in order to initiate the background screening.

09. Onboarding

All onboarding will be completed through the HR Portal. Once the People Operations team receives your signed offer letter, an onboarding email to your personal email account will follow with instructions on the onboarding process.

New hire paperwork is filled out electronically through Bizzell’s HR Portal.

Yes, all employees may contact the Bizzell People Operations office for all technical issues.

Onboarding will begin as soon as the offer letter is signed and acknowledged.

More information will be shared once the information is finalized.

10. Employment

Orientation is typically scheduled the first two days of the operation of the contract. We will provide additional information at a later date.

Bizzell will provide dates when we will be onsite in the near future.
